Ways to Be Supported
Begin Your EnquirySupport for birth, postpartum, and emotional wellbeing —
shaped around you, and the season you’re in.
We begin wherever you are.
For some, support begins in preparation for birth.
For others, it becomes important in the early days with a baby, or in the quiet recognition that something within needs space, care and attention.

There is no single way through this —
only the way that feels right for you.
And for those who feel the desire to be supported not only in one moment, but across the full transition, there is space for that too.

The Nest
For Postnatal support
Calm, practical support for the early weeks after birth — where recovery, feeding, identity and family rhythm begin to take shape.
The Nest creates space for rest, recovery, newborn care, emotional steadiness and practical support at home.
Some families arrange this support before their baby arrives, so care is already in place. Others reach out once they are in the early weeks and realise they need more support than expected.
Support is available during the day or overnight, depending on availability and what feels right for your family.

The Inner Room offers a calm, private space to explore what is present and begin creating meaningful change.
This work can stand alone, or sit alongside birth, postnatal or continuous care. It may support preparation for birth, integration after a previous experience, emotional processing, or the parts of you that feel difficult to meet alone.
Therapeutic support is available online across the UK and internationally where possible.

The Golden Door
For Continuous Care
A bespoke, high-touch arc of care across pregnancy, birth and the early postnatal weeks.
The Golden Door brings together birth support, postnatal care and therapeutic presence within one continuous experience of support.
Here, support does not begin and end at birth. It continues into the days and weeks that follow, when everything is shifting, and when steady, familiar presence can make a meaningful difference.
For those who feel drawn to be supported across the whole transition — not only through birth, but into early parenthood — this is the most integrated way to work together.
