Begin Here
If something here has resonated,
you’re welcome to explore
what kind of support would feel right
You do not need to know exactly what you need before reaching out.
It is enough to know that something in this season is asking for more support, more steadiness, or more space to be understood.
Whether you are preparing for birth, moving through the early postnatal weeks, seeking therapeutic support, or wanting a dedicated space to think something through, you are welcome to begin here.
Share what feels clear for now. I will read your enquiry with care and guide you towards the next step that feels most fitting.
Choose your starting point
1. Birth, Postnatal & Continuous Support
Written enquiry → personal reply → 30-minute private introduction call, where appropriate.
You may be looking for focused birth support, postnatal support, or a more continuous arc of care across pregnancy, birth and the early weeks that follow.
The process begins in the same way: with a written enquiry.
If there is availability and the support feels aligned, I will invite you to a 30-minute private introduction call. This gives us space to meet, speak a little about where you are, and sense whether working together feels right.
2. Therapeutic Support
Written enquiry → personal written reply → appropriate next step.
A Clarity Session is a paid standalone session for gathering what feels scattered and finding a clearer sense of what may be needed next.
You might use it to explore birth preferences, think through birth plan choices, prepare for the postnatal weeks, compare different types of support, understand your priorities, or decide whether birth support, postnatal support or therapeutic support feels most fitting.
For some people, one session is enough. For others, it becomes a helpful beginning before deeper support.
Either way, the session is yours: a focused space to leave with more steadiness, direction and clarity around what matters next.

A few things you may be wondering
What if I’m not sure what kind of support I need?
You do not need to arrive with everything worked out.
Many people reach out because they know they would like to feel more supported, but they are not yet sure what shape that support should take.
You may be preparing for birth, thinking ahead to the postnatal weeks, seeking therapeutic support, considering a more continuous arc of care, or simply sensing that you need a little more steadiness around what comes next.
Share what feels clear for now. We can take the next step from there.
What happens once I reach out?
Once your enquiry arrives, I will read it with care and respond personally.
If you are enquiring about birth, postnatal or continuous support, and I feel I may be able to support you, I will invite you to arrange a 30-minute private introduction call.
If you are enquiring about therapeutic support, I will usually reply in writing first, so that the beginning feels considered and appropriate to what you are bringing.
If another starting point feels more fitting, I will let you know.
How do I know whether to request an introduction or book a Clarity Session?
Request an introduction if you are considering birth, postnatal or continuous support and would like to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
A Clarity Session is different. It is a paid standalone session for when you would like dedicated time to think something through, without needing to commit to ongoing support.
You might use it to explore birth preferences, think through birth plan choices, prepare for the postnatal weeks, compare different types of support, understand your priorities, or decide whether birth support, postnatal support, continuous care or therapeutic support feels most fitting.
For some people, one Clarity Session is enough. For others, it becomes a helpful beginning before deeper support.
Either way, the session is yours: a focused space to leave with more steadiness, direction and clarity around what matters next.
How does it work if I’m enquiring about therapeutic support?
Therapeutic enquiries begin in writing.
You do not need to share your whole story before you feel ready. A few thoughtful details are enough to begin.
I will read your enquiry carefully and reply personally with the most fitting next step. This may be an initial therapeutic session, a short suitability call, a Clarity Session, or another form of support if your needs sit outside my current scope.
Do I need to be ready to commit before I make contact?
No.
Reaching out is not a commitment. It is a first step.
The enquiry process is there to help us understand whether Origin Within is the right fit for what you are looking for, and whether the support I offer is right for this season.
The intention is that you feel met with care from the very beginning, whether or not we decide to work together.
