About Origin Within
I am someone who stays.
In moments that feel uncertain.
For many of the people I work with, this is what matters most.
Not just what is done, but how they are met within the experience.
To feel accompanied, rather than managed.
To feel understood, without needing to explain everything.
In moments that feel uncertain.
In conversations that are not easy to have.
In the spaces where something needs time, care, and attention.
This work is not something I step into lightly.
It asks for presence, steadiness, and a willingness to meet people as they are — without rushing what needs time.

My Path

My path into this work began earlier than I understood at the time.
Before anything else, I spent time working in a neonatal intensive care unit —
in close proximity to the earliest and most vulnerable stages of life.
It was an environment that required quiet attention and an awareness of how much can be held in a single moment. I saw, very early on, what it means to be present at the most vulnerable edges of life.
Some moments were immediate and visible.
Others were more difficult to put into words.
I learned to stay present with both —
and to meet people in whatever they were carrying, without needing to shape or interpret it.

From there, my path moved into investment banking — a very different world, shaped by pace, pressure, and precision.
It taught me a different kind of steadiness —
how to remain clear in high-stakes situations,
how to hold responsibility,
and how to navigate complexity without losing focus.
and how to navigate complexity without losing focus.
That steadiness is something I carry into this work —
in a very different context, but with the same care.
There was, quietly, a sense that I wasn’t where I was meant to remain.<
Not a dramatic shift —<
but a steady awareness that something else was asking for my attention.
Finding my way into this work was not immediate.
There was uncertainty,
and at times, a sense of noise around what this work should look like — or how it should be done.<

I took time to step back from that,
to listen more closely,
and to begin shaping a way of working that felt true to me.
That process has been as much about learning as it has been about unlearning — returning to what feels grounded, what feels honest, and what allows people to be met properly in the moments that matter.
I moved into birth and postpartum care with that understanding —

I moved into birth and postpartum care with that understanding —
bringing with me both the emotional awareness that had always been present,
and the steadiness shaped by everything that came before.
The training I’ve undertaken since then has deepened that further.
The training I’ve undertaken since then has deepened that further.
Not only in how I support others,
but in how I understand what it means to sit with complexity,
to stay present,
and to walk alongside someone without needing to lead them away from themselves.
What this means for you
When you work with me, you are not being guided through a process from the outside.
You are being met — with steadiness, clarity, and care — as you move through your own experience.
There is space for complexity.
Space for uncertainty.
And space for things to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Who I Am In The Work
The way I am in this work is calm, grounded, and attentive.
I don’t turn away from difficulty,
and I don’t force resolution before it's ready.
I stay present, and I stay with you within the experience.
For many people, that in itself is different.

To be met without needing to explain everything.
To feel understood without being reduced to analysis.
To have space without being left alone in it.
Quiet Depth
There is depth behind the way I work.
It comes from training, experience, and the way I’ve learned to listen.
It sits quietly in the background — informing how I respond and how I hold what is shared.

Working together
This is, at its heart, relational work.
Not something done to you,
but something we move through together.
If this way of being supported feels important to you,
you are warmly invited to step closer.
We can begin with a conversation and explore what would feel right for you.
