A calm, private space to explore what’s present —
and feel more like yourself again.
Begin with a conversationTrauma-informed, emotionally attuned care — offered online across the UK and internationally.
A steady, considered space to be met with warmth and clarity.
Uncertainty. Fear. Past experiences that still feel present.
Or simply a sense that something doesn’t feel as steady as you’d like it to.
You don’t need to have the right words.
And you don’t need to have it fully understood before you reach out.
This is a space where what’s present can be met —
with care, clarity, and without judgement.
The Inner Room is currently open and accepting new clients. Sessions are available online across the UK and internationally, from £150 per session.
A space to explore and make sense of what’s present
This work offers a calm, structured space to explore what’s present for you — gently, and at your own pace.
It draws on a blend of therapeutic approaches including hypnotherapy, parts work, guided imagery, and trauma-informed frameworks — shaped around what you bring and what feels right for you.
What I currently work with:
- Anxiety in pregnancy and postpartum
- Tokophobia — fear of childbirth
- Fertility journey support — the emotional complexity, grief, and uncertainty that can accompany this path
- Birth briefings and debriefing — making sense of your birth experience, whether difficult, confusing, or simply something that needs a space to land
- General perinatal emotional support — the overwhelm, identity shifts, and invisible weight of this season
Coming very soon: The TBR 3-Step Rewind — a gentle, structured process for supporting the nervous system in safely processing overwhelming or distressing memories, including difficult birth experiences. If this is something you are specifically looking for, please mention it when you reach out and I will let you know the current availability.
Together, we work to understand your internal experience more clearly — including the parts that feel contradictory, unclear, or difficult to name. This is focused, intentional work designed to create real change, not just insight.
There is no pressure to revisit anything before you’re ready. You can begin wherever you are — and be met with steadiness, clarity, and care.
What This Work Can Support
This work may be supportive if you are:
- navigating pregnancy after loss
- processing birth or medical trauma
- moving through fertility journeys
- experiencing anxiety or low mood during pregnancy or postpartum
- feeling fearful of labour, pain, or loss of control
- feeling disconnected from pregnancy or uncertain about parenthood
- grieving — openly or quietly
- overwhelmed by decisions or expectations
- feeling unseen, dismissed, or misunderstood in your care
- carrying a high emotional load while appearing “high-functioning”
- longing for a private, therapeutic space
- navigating the impact of past sexual or relational trauma on your sense of safety, control, or trust
How This Work Can Support You
Over time, clients often notice a shift in how they respond — not because everything changes, but because they are no longer carrying it in the same way.
Clients often find that what once felt overwhelming becomes easier to move through —
as though something inside them finally has room to breathe.
They experience:
- a calmer nervous system
- more internal spaciousness
- a gentler relationship with difficult emotions
- clarity in emotionally complex moments
- grounding during periods of anxiety or overwhelm
- renewed trust in their body and instincts
- deeper compassion for themselves
- relief from carrying everything alone
- a sense of being accompanied
This work supports a deeper understanding of yourself —
and of the patterns, responses, and inner dynamics that shape your experience.
Over time, this becomes integrated — allowing you to move through your life with greater awareness, steadiness, and internal support.
This work doesn’t take your experience away — but it can change how it lives within you, and how you move forward with it.
The Tone of This Space
There is no expectation to be positive, hopeful, or composed.
You do not need to make sense of your emotions before you arrive.
You can bring:
fear, numbness, grief, anger, overwhelm, heartbreak, exhaustion, longing.
All of you is welcome here.
My role is not to fix, analyse, or evaluate you —
but to meet you with warmth, steadiness, and clarity,
and to gently guide you towards a deeper understanding of what’s present.
What Makes This Work Different
Origin Within offers a refined, deeply attuned emotional support experience — available online, wherever you are in the world.
This work is relational and grounded — shaped by careful listening, emotional attunement, and an understanding of the nervous system.
It is paced with care, so that nothing feels rushed or overwhelming, while still allowing for meaningful movement.
It is spacious and considered — designed for depth rather than volume — and shaped uniquely around you.
At its core, this is emotionally intelligent support that honours your identity, your values, and the full complexity of your experience.
This is not about ongoing dependency — it is about creating meaningful movement, at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
For some, this is where their work begins —
before deciding what kind of support they may need around birth or postpartum.
For others, it becomes a space they return to alongside or after other support.
A steady companion for the thresholds within you.
How We Begin
If something here feels right, beginning is simple.
A 15-minute introductory call is available for anyone who wants to sense whether this feels like the right fit before taking any next steps. This is a brief, informal conversation — no commitment, no pressure.
A Clarity Session (£225) offers a deeper 60-minute space to explore what’s present for you, what kind of support might help, and whether The Inner Room feels like the right home for that work — before committing to anything ongoing.
Individual sessions are available from £150 for 60 minutes, or £195 for 90 minutes. Sessions take place online, offering a steady, confidential space wherever you are in the world.
I work with a limited number of therapeutic clients at any one time, so that each person receives the depth of attention this work asks for.
I offer perinatal therapeutic support as part of my advanced diploma training with The Birth Republic, working under clinical supervision. This means you receive carefully held, attentive support — with the additional layer of supervisory oversight that early-stage therapeutic work benefits from. If you have any questions about my current scope of practice, you are warmly welcome to ask.
